The District Coming to Capital One Arena

Plans have been unveiled for Capital One Arena‘s The District, a courtside patio for all VIP ticket holders at Washington Wizards games beginning in the 2019-20 season. It is part of Monumental Sports & Entertainment’s ongoing $55 million renovation of the arena, which includes 20,000 square footage of LED signage improvements this summer. (more…)

MedStar Health, MSE Agree to Multi-Facility Naming Rights Deal

MedStar Health and Monumental Sports and Entertainment have announced a partnership that includes naming rights for basketball, NHL, and esports venues. The agreement will make MedStar the naming rights partner for the Washington Capitals, Capital City Go-Go (NBA G League), Washington Mystics (WNBA), Washington Wizards, and Washington Wizards District Gaming (DG) training facilities.
