North Dakota State University struck again on the naming-rights front for a renovation of the Bison Sports Complex: local sporting-goods firm Scheels ponied up $5 million to rename the arena Scheels Center.
The renovation cost of the entire complex is $32 million.
The school already sold naming rights for the entire complex — which includes the arena, a fieldhouse and office space — to local firm Sanford Health for $10 million: it will be known as Sanford Health Athletic Complex.
