The Urban Plains Center is now Scheels Arena, as naming rights to the Fargo facility are bought by the Upper Midwest sporting-goods retailer.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Scheels is headquarted in Fargo and had explored buying naming right to the facility before it opened a year ago.
The arena’s primarry tenant is the Fargo Force (USHL).
