A milestone was reached this morning in the construction of Amway Center, the new home of the Orlando Magic (NBA): the team held a topping-off ceremony when the final steel beams of the structure, signed by workers, were put into place.
The Magic invited 200 or so VIPs to the ceremony,
The $480-million downtown arena is slated to open in October 2010.
