The firms are seeking to manage the Broomfield Event Center, a facility previously run by the tenants of the facility.
Industry giants AEG and SMG, as well as Iowa’s VenuWorks, are bidding to manage the Brookfield Events Center in Broomfield, Col., a city-owned facility previously run by Broomfield Sports and Entertainment, the firm that also owns the arena’s sports teams.
Management of the facility was released to bid last month, with submissions due April 24.
