The Estero, Fla. arena has been host to sellout concerts from Cher and Elton John and was the venue when vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin visited the region during this fall’s elections.
But the biggest success story has to be the Everblades, a top draw in the ECHL. The Everblades are traditionally a top draw in that circuit; this season the team has attracted 44,978 fans in eight dates for an average of 5,622 per game.
