The ECHL's Toledo Walleye will inaugurate Lucas County Arena with an Oct. 16 game.
The new Lucas County Arena will formally open on Oct. 16 with a Toledo Walleye (ECHL) hockey game, but not before fans and residents have a chance to tour the new facility at a Oct. 3 open house.
Over 500,000 people are expected to attend events at the new downtown arena, which will also include games from the Toledo Bullfrogs (AF2) and concerts from the likes of Daughtry.
