The All American Hockey League is back up to six teams this season after adding the Madison Ice Muskies. The current lineup: Evansville IceMen, Madison Ice Muskies, Battle Creek Revolution, Chi-Town Shooters, Detroit Hitmen and Chicago Blaze.
We are talking the lowest run of professional hockey here: the teams play in some pretty small venues (the home of the Evansville IceMen holds around 1,100) and rely on IHL teams for players in pretty much a weekend-only league.
