Phantoms, NAHL settle feud

The owner of the Youngstown Phantoms and the North American Hockey League reached a settlement in the league's lawsuit asking for a $50,000 fee for the team leaving the NAHL for the ECHL.

The owner of the Youngstown Phantoms and the North American Hockey League reached a settlement in the league's lawsuit asking for a $50,000 fee for the team leaving the NAHL for the ECHL.

The deal, reached under the supervision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, is sealed. 

Bruce Zoldan signed a lease at Covelli Arena for the team; it is expected to be approved this week.
