A decision on the fate of the Sacramento Kings is due today, and given how the Internet has changed the world to give people plenty of advanced information, it's amazing there's no clue as to whether the Maloofs will choose to move the team to Anaheim or stay in Sacramento.

Sacramento leaders unveiled the outlines of a new-arena plan for the Sacramento Kings, but upon closer scrutiny it's not clear whether there's enough financial support in the area for a facility, with three neighboring counties unlikely to participate.

Talk about an important decision that's still up in the air: We're apparently not close to a final resolution about where the Sacramento Kings will play next season, as the Maloofs, David Stern and a relocation advisory committee is still sifting through the options.

Despite an offer on the table for the Sacramento Kings to move to Anaheim next season, the Los Angeles Times is reporting the team is likely to stay at Power Balance Arena next season to give Mayor Kevin Johnson time to bring his new-arena plan to fruition.
