Vipers to stay at State Farm Arena

Rio Grande Valley Vipers
After exploring other venues in the area, the D-League's Rio Grande Valley Vipers have decided to spend the next two seasons at Hildalgo's State Farm Arena. The Vipers had explored a lease at the McAllen Convention Center, but at the end of the day came up with a lease at State Farm Arena that was better than the previous lease. The lease will also include an exhibition game between the Houston Rockets and Orlando Magic on Oct. 5.
